via (negativa)

how often,  really,  do we see

a red candle in a basilica of blue

                                                                                            cezanne

                                                    made a movement

                                                    then another

                                                    stroke

                                                    scraping

                                                    oils                                  (oranges)

                                                    twisting                        (pigments)

                                                    knife                                (in time)

                                                    the fruit                     (gives way)

                                                    the orb                            (withers)

                                                    rots                           (shrinks back)

    from itself

                                                    becomes

    esters

    acids

                                                flies
